We want everyone to have the best bowling experience available when they visit our Tunbridge Wells centre. That’s why we’ve answered many of our frequently asked questions below to help you plan the perfect trip.
In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group.
We have installed full height dividers between the lane seating areas. The maximum capacity we allow on each lane is 8 players.
Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.
We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are preferred.
Yes, our centre has been fitted with slopes to ensure disabled access.
Yes, parking is free of charge for up to 5 hours, after which you can enter your vehicle registration into a tablet on our reception for additional time on that day. Please note the car park is managed by a third party.
Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.
Find out more about our concession rates here.We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.
